Choose your size, add any accessories you'd like alongside it, and add the item to your bag. Nothing is reserved until checkout.
Confirm your delivery address, upload your KTP for identity verification, and review your total, including the refundable deposit. Pay as soon as your invoice arrives, dresses are booked on a first-paid basis.
Your piece is checked and sent out through the courier shown at checkout. Track it the same way you would any delivery.
Enjoy your occasion. Send it back one day before your due date if you're using one-day post shipping (JNE Yes or Lion Boss Pack), or on the due date itself for instant delivery. Package it in the polymailer provided, attach our return address, no need to wash it first.
Once we've checked the piece, your deposit is returned to the account on file, usually within 48 hours.
