The standard rental period is 4 days, and the day it arrives counts as day one. For example : if you want to wear it on 10 October, then • We’ll deliver the dress on : 7 October • You’ll receive the dress on : 8 October • You’ll wear the dress on : 10 October • You’ll return the dress by next day/instant delivery on : 11 October • We’ll receive the dress & inspection on : 12 October • You’ll receive your deposit refund on : 13 October If you want to extend your rental, Don’t hesitate to contact our WA admin!🤙

The moment your payment is confirmed. We don't hold dresses, so the sooner you pay after your invoice arrives, the more certain your dates are.

We are an online dress rental based in West Surabaya. We can ship to all areas covered by courier services. However, we’re sorry that onsite visits and fittings are not available yet ☺️🙏🏻 All of our dresses are ready-to-wear. To help ensure that you choose the right size, we have included complete details and measurements in our catalog 🤍🤍 It’s just like shopping from an online store, except you’re renting the dress!

You can exchange the dress if it doesn’t fit or suit you! 💗 However, we highly recommend checking your measurements before placing an order, as all the size charts in our catalog are accurate and have been verified through try-ons. If an exchange is necessary, you may exchange it for another dress that is available during your rental period. The rental fee will be adjusted to the highest rental price between the dresses, plus any applicable shipping fees. 😁🙏 Please ask our WA admin for further information

We only offer ready-to-wear dresses for rent! We’re sorry, but our dresses are not available for purchase, alterations, or customizations at the moment 🙏🙏 For detailed measurements, please refer to the dress details in our catalogues! 💕🥰

The retail price is provided for comparison purposes only. For example, it shows how much the dress would cost if purchased brand new versus how much it costs to rent 🥰 However, we sincerely apologize that if a dress sustains major damage that cannot be repaired, the client will unfortunately be required to compensate us for the full retail price of the dress 🙏

It protects the piece while it's in your care. It's IDR 150,000 and is returned in full once your rental is back with us and passes a condition check, usually within 48 hours of us receiving it.

A late return, damage needing repair (a broken zipper, missing beads, loose stitching, tears), a piece returned without its belt or scarf, or a stain from wearing a white or light-coloured dress outdoors.

Once your rental dates are set, we send an invoice. Pay right away, first paid is first booked.

The bank account holder's name must match your own name and ID.

Within Surabaya, by Gosend, Grab Express, JNE Yes, Paxel, or Gaiana's own courier. Outside Surabaya, by JNE Yes, Lion Boss Pack, or Paxel. Delivery is covered by you.

One day before your due date for one-day post shipping (JNE Yes, Lion Boss Pack), or on the due date itself for instant delivery. J&T can't be used for returns.

No, you can send it back as worn.

One day late forfeits your deposit. Beyond that, a fine of IDR 150,000 per day applies.

Not once it's shipped. Before shipping, you can keep what you've paid as credit for a future rental, or receive the rental and shipping cost back in full with the deposit forfeited.

It verifies your identity as a condition of the rental deposit. You don't need to edit or blur anything yourself, a "Gaiana" watermark is added automatically the moment you upload.

Yes, from the product page. Check the current price and availability there before adding it to your bag.

Yes. Every 4th completed rental earns a 50% off voucher, and every 8th earns a free rental, tracked automatically in your profile.
